When you use the Services, we may collect limited information from you. The type of information we collect will depend on how you use the Services. We may collect the following information from you, regardless of how you use the Services: your IP address, the types of hardware and software you use, limited to your operating system and browser type, your approximate geographic location, and your activity on the Site. We will only collect the following information if you choose to complete forms on our Site where such information may be requested: your name, email address, phone number, company name and purpose, and the reason why you are contacting us. In all other cases we do not collect information about you as an individual.

We use your information to improve our Services and to respond to your submissions and inquiries to us.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell or market your personal data. We may disclose information that you submit to us, including personal data that you choose to submit to us, to contractors, service providers, and other third party companies we contract with, such as software providers whose software is used to support the Site. Such third party software providers may have their own privacy policies and security procedures which we cannot control, and we are not responsible for their policies or procedures. For example, if you choose to submit information to us through our Contact page and click on the “Book as Consultation” link, you will be redirected to this page (https://calendly.com/jnflaw/30min?month=2022-01) which uses software by Calendly, a third party company. To the extent required to do so, we may disclose your personal data to comply with any court order, applicable law, or other legal process.
This Site only is meant to be used by users in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain additional legal protections under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). You may be entitled to request access to the limited information we may have about you and how we process it. You may also have a right to have such information corrected or deleted, to restrict our processing of that information, to have personal data relating to you transferred to another organization and, in some cases, to file a complaint regarding our processing of your personal data with a local data protection authority. If you do not want us to have any of your personal data, please do not use the Services. Or, if you use the Services and you object to the processing of your personal data, or if you have provided your consent to processing and you now wish to withdraw that consent, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If you object or withdraw consent, know that your objection or withdrawal could mean that you are unable to use the Services, and that we may be unable to perform other actions you request.
Securing Your Data
Our Site uses SSL encryption to attempt to ensure that any information transmitted by you to us through the Site is secure, although we cannot guarantee such transmissions, and when you submit information to us through the Site, you do so at your own risk. If you use the Site, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any breaches of privacy concerning your personal data. If we determine that your personal data has been compromised in any way, we may notify you as soon as possible by email, if we have your email address, or any other method in which you wish to be contacted.
The Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age and older. If you are under 18, do not use this Site, and do not submit any information to us through the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users who are under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at email@example.com.
Data Security and Integrity
We are the data controller of any personal data collected through the Site, and we are responsible for the processing of your personal data. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal data provided through the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These steps include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, and employing physical, technical, and administrative security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We also restrict access to personal data to our employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our Services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free, and you therefore assume all related risks by disclosing personal data to us through the Internet.
