We love working with our clients as outside General Counsel, helping them navigate everything from the day-to-day legal issues that arise to larger transactions. Our flexibility also allows us to work with clients on a more targeted basis at times, assisting them with a narrower set of their overall legal needs, such as supporting their sales operations by drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
What We Do
We provide legal counsel to your company on an as needed basis. Joe will work directly with to curate an engagement that fits your unique needs and budget. We then work at your direction in place of or to supplement your legal department. This may range from a part-time or project-based external attorney to your attorney working from your company’s offices. Whatever legal support you need, we can provide it all while you only pay for the resources and services you need, when you need them.
Your Needs Dictate Price
​Some companies may need an attorney for one day a week or one day a month. They might need an attorney for a couple of days each week. The legal needs of the company dictate the time a fractional general counsel spends working for the company, which determines the price charged for services
